My old oven stopped working and could not be fixed. I didn't have a lot of time to find a new one and this was the best fit for my needs. The user guide is not much help but I figured it all out. Love the large oven and the five burners.

Stove top cooks fast and efficient as a gas stove.

I bought this stove about a month ago and found the stove top cooked fast and was as efficient as a gas stove. The oven bakes evenly . Preheats in a timely manner. Appears to be easy to clean. Y only recommendation is I wish the bottom drawer was a little deeper for more storage.

I'm extremely disappointed. When using the over the front of the cooktop, front top of door and sides of the range get hot, not warm, hot. This is a hazard. Luckily I have quartz countertops or they would be melted. I call the store and whirlpool, neither seemed concerned. Whirlpool said that the manual indicated not to have anything on the cooktop while using the oven. What? Unreal. I have a few other complaints but this one needs a recall.

Not pleased with overall oven baking, seems to heat less efficiently and takes longer time to get up to designated temp. Also not pleased with arrows to change default heating levels, clock, etc. The number and size of heating elements is nice. Haven't tried cleaning functions yet.

Great upgrade

We have had the new range for a couple weeks and have enjoyed the convection oven and how well the oven bakes. The only downside is the clock alarm which only chimes one cycle and stops. If you are busy and miss the timer, there's a good chance you will forget whatever is in the oven. Other than that, we are very happy with our purchase.
